TC Focus Group schedule change proposal, results

Since there have been several positive responses (and no negative) to 
moving the Focus Group meetings to the following:

Tokyo      CA     Boston/Ottawa     Sweden
8am        3pm    6pm               midnight

The next Focus Group meeting will be held at this time beginning this 
Thursday.
