fun challenge

hello

i was on a very boring meeting today. so, i came up with a little
mental challenge to entertain myself: can i solve 8 chess queens
puzzle with xacml?

i'd send a request to PDP, and it would return me response with the
solution. only xacml 2.0 standard features to be used. i'm goping to
think about this, and you can join if you wish.
