	4/10 have voted; remaining TC voting members
	should vote

	XSPA/XACML (Duane) is working into real world impl
	NHIN: Nationwide Health Information Network

	Open source version of NHIN available, adapters,
	 gateways, etc facilitate health care participants
	 connect and engage; started in Jan 2008; now up
	 to national level.

  Export Control Profile Draft 2 uploaded
  Follow-up: EC-US profile: single val current nationality attr

	John: 2 docs IPR,EC; talked last week at event, rcvd
	 substantial interest - S1000D spec - not relevant,
	 UK attendee: export regs: too unwieldy? might be
	 difficult; comments coming in but nothing to change
	 what is currently there yet.

	 Talked to Robt Weir, open doc format; considering matching
	  metadata tags in open doc spec. Considering as profile
	  not core of their spec framework.

	Hal: how to proceed on the 2 profiles? If no comments causing
	 changes, we could move them to CD.

	Paul T. profile based on their experience; interested in
	 people who have impl this kind of thing.

	Hal: probably need to reach outside the TC for expertise that
	 can provide additional input. CD => stable doc, does not =>
	 no more changes;

	Paul: NIST may be interested in contrib comments.

	Hal: want to hold new public review until current has completed
	 to maintain order w TC deliverables.

	John,Paul: recommend moving to CD
