Sorry, I don't have original email to reply to.  This refers directly to
[1].

I think the wording needs to be improved, and will be partly covered by
my request [2].

I also want to point out that the URI identifier for 2.3 functionality
(in 2.3.1) is misleading.  Instead of

	...3.0:profile:multiple:multiple-resource-elements 

it should be something like

	...3.0:profile:multiple:repeated-attributes-categories
