Hal, all,

There was a discussion earlier about ending the formal TC meeting a bit 
early on the last day. What about announcing an XACML open session at 
the end of the last day, after the formal TC F2F? Say between 3 PM and 5 
PM? I would not like to lose any of the scheduled F2F for an open 
session since we have so much to work on, but if the TC is going to 
break down anyway at the end of the afternoon, we could have the open 
session for interested parties. I fly back home the following day, so at 
least I will be present.
