I also updated the hyperlink to the version specific URL. (In general we 
use the version specific URL since the latest version URL will change in 
the future to point to an updated spec.)

Since the paper cannot found there, I removed the link. The reference 
itself should be sufficient to locate the proceedings of the particular 
academic conference where you will find the paper.

This reference is not used anywhere in the document, so I removed it

These sections were misplaced. They talk about the rule, so I moved them 
to the right place. They become 3.3.1.4 and 3.3.1.5.

The profile is called just "Multiple Decision Profile", so I used that, 
not "... request ..."

I removed the last sentence entirely. There is no such thing as a 
default data type for the subject-id attribute. The data type is always 
indicated with the Datatype attribute of the <AttributeValue> element.
