I am not aware of any more "admin prep" needed. I would have done it 
otherwise.

Regarding the conformance sections, here is the response I got from Mary 
last week:

   As long as they
a) exist, and
b) are the last major section of the document preceding any appendices
they are fine.

That is to say, I don't actually read the conformance clauses to 
determine whether they are adequate in any way.

Just to be absolutely sure, I just checked and both a) and b) are ok in 
all of the specs.
