I can also offer GoToMeetings as an
option, I need a bit of lead time but this product has come a long way, the only
problem seems to be Linux for participants, not presenters. Plus I have an
unlimited license and VoIP works great, so no charges for tele calls.

I am sorry to those who
don't have access to a platform which can run Live Meeting. It is possible that
this demo can be run on the Oracle conferencing system which I believe may
support more platforms, but I am not sure of either. If there is interest, I
will arrange to have it tested and set up another time to run it again. I am
reluctant to try to switch at the last minute, so I think we will be better to
stick with a method which is known to work.
For those who can run
live meeting (PCs and Macs) you may want to connect and download the software
in advence.
