II. Administrivia
   Vote to approve Minutes from 21 January 2010 TC Meeting
    APPROVED unanimously 

  V3 Status
   Hal has notified OASIS of the TC's vote to enter Public Review (for
   30 days). Barring any issues with the submission, Public Review
   should begin within a week or so.

  Meeting schedule
   Meetings will resume the bi-weekly schedule at this NEW time of
   13:00 EDT. The next TC meeting (call) will be held on 11 February
   2010.

III. Presentation
    Cyndie Zikmund and Naomaru Itoi of NextLabs presented their Policy
    Lifecycle tool to the TC.
