As I check this spec for QC, I've noted the following changes that need to be made:

1. Previous version: the link is not in the proper location of the CD01 file. 
   
   
2. Chair(s) & Editor(s): Please activate these e-mail links. 
   
   
3. Please add Appendix A to the Table of Contents. 
   
   
4. Normative Reference [SAML-PROFILE] has an incorrect hyperlink. Please change the hyperlink to match the text; (http://docs.oasis-open.org/security/saml/v2.0/saml-profiles-2.0-os.pdf) is correct. 
   
   
5. Normative Reference [WSS-Core] has an incorrect hyperlink. Please change the hyperlink to match the text; (http://docs.oasis-open.org/ws-sx/ws-trust/v1.4/os/ws-trust-1.4-spec-os.doc) is correct. 
   
   
6. Appendix A has a bad page break - the header & the table are on separate pages. Please
   move table up.
