Eve Mahler has offered to give a presentation on UMA to explore possible
commonalities and how our current JSON work may fit into their worldview
(or vice versa). There is general agreement by the TC that this
presentation/discussion be made the agenda for the 18 October 2012
  meeting.

III. Issues
  Media Types IETF Filing
The TC is encouraged to look at the document and comment. Remon
suggested that JSON be addressed in the JSON Profile under
   registration section.

IPC/EC-US Profiles - Duplicate Organization Attribute
Richard Hill noted that corporate hierarchy (e.g. subsidiary/holding
company relationships) and diverse business relationships require
precise organizational contexts to allow for n to m entities to
operate precisely within "umbrella' business relationships. Hal
recapped this position as assuming that the the attributes are
different enough between the Profiles to allow for differentiation
   unambiguously.

  Delegation/Policy Labeling
Erik offered that he will be posting something to the list soon.

  JSON
David updated the document to address the issues were identified by
Remon on the list. He noted that there are a couple of items that
were unclear (e.g. Obligations and Advice naming). Hal noted that
it would be desirable to achieve a spec that allowed for "round
tripping", which would require XACML naming to be maintained in the
JSON expression in order to avoid external mappings. Rick asked what
the latest version of the spec? David noted that it is WD-05.

meeting adjourned.
