Just to quantify it - you will need somewhere around 48 affirmative votes (15% of organizational members - exact counts depends on the number when I start the ballot) to approve the OS.

Because a vote to standard requires a vote by the larger body it often involves outreach to make the numbers necessary for passage. We put ourselves at a disadvantage attempting this now.
