From April 18, that works out to be:

San Francisco - 8 PM
Boston - 11 PM
Stockholm - 5 AM
Melbourne - 1 PM

which is fine for me, but not so great for the US east coast and anyone
else in Europe. The two biggest gaps are Melbourne - Stockholm (8 hours)
and San Francisco - Melbourne (7 hours). Scheduling night time into
either gap suggests Hal's timing or this timing:

San Francisco - 6 AM
Boston - 9 AM
Stockholm - 3 PM
Melbourne - 11 PM

I could also push Hal's timing back half an hour to this:

San Francisco - 1:30 PM
Boston - 4:30 PM
Stockholm - 10:30 PM
Melbourne - 6:30 AM
