I am wondering, do we have enough organizations ready to make statements 
of use on them?

Multiple decision is one I would in particular like to close. It's a 
fairly big chuck of implementation burden so it would be nice to have 
locked down as final, and there has not been any objections or 
discussion to it in a long time. I'll review it again to make sure it's 
up to date with regard to the final 3.0 core.

Delegation I guess is still in flux technically, so that has to wait.

I have proposed a change to the combining algorithms profile, but that 
should not take long to update and this is another one I would like to 
have finalized since it's a very useful feature in my opinion.

When I have a look at the list, I think from Axiomatics' point of view 
we could make good progress on these and many others. I'll be happy to 
do the editing if there are enough attestations.
