GeoXACML and XACML Policy Administration Web Service

as mentioned some time ago within the OGC we have developed a first draft version of an GeoXACML and XACML Policy Administration Web Service specification including a PoC prototype implementation. This document was now publicly released as a discussion paper and can be found here:
