Status of rbac profile

All,

I was just about to fix the abstract of the RBAC profile. I got the 
latest public review draft from here:

And it turns out that TC admin had already fixed the abstract. I didn't 
remember/realize that.

I could not find any comments from the public review, so we should be 
able to just vote it up.

P.S. Regarding the privacy profile, I have not had the time yet to fix 
the pending changes on it.
