This is a call to the primary or alternate representatives of OASIS Organizational Members to vote. These Committee Specification were approved by the Technical Committee [2] and were submitted for the required 60-day public reviews [3]. All requirements of the OASIS TC Process having been met, the Candidate OASIS Standards are now submitted to the voting representatives of OASIS organizational members.

The ballots open at 00:00 UTC on 06 January 2015 and close at 23:59 UTC on 19 January 2015. You can access the ballots to cast your votes at:

- XACML Intellectual Property Control (IPC) Profile Version 1.0
- XACML 3.0 Export Compliance-US (EC-US) Profile Version 1.0
The minimum number of affirmative votes required to approve these ballots is 45 (15% of 294 organizational members).
Each OASIS organizational member has one vote. OASIS members should ensure that their organization's voting representative votes according to the organization's wishes. If you do not know the name of your organization's voting representative is, go to the My Account page at
then click the link for your Company (at the top of the page) and review the list of users for the name designated as "Primary".

* XACML MAP Authorization Profile Version 1.0 defines a profile for the use of XACML in expressing policies for use with Trusted Computing Group (TCG) Trusted Network Connect (TNC) Working Group Metadata Access Point (MAP) servers. It defines standard attribute identifiers useful in such policies, in which a MAP utilizes an XACML Policy Decision Point (PDP) to make MAP content authorization decisions.

* XACML 3.0 Export Compliance-US (EC-US) Profile Version 1.0 defines a profile for the use of the OASIS eXtensible Access Control Markup Language (XACML) to write policies that reflect the intent of United States government, particularly the Department of Commerce export compliance (EC) laws and regulations.
Any U.S. organization that ships goods, materials, software, and/or technical information may be subject to U.S. export control laws. This profile provides a standard framework for the subject and resource attributes that must be considered for U.S. export control decisions.
