    XACML Map Authorization Profile,
    XACML Intellectual Property Control (IPC) Profile, and
    XACML 3.0 Export Compliance-US Profile

   hal: vote is in progress; need to "get out the vote"
    cochairs have email addr of all the voters
    best technique is to contact people you know or know have
     interest in some of the specifics (i.e. people who are voters)

	people interested in helping send hal an email and
	 he will provide spreadsheet as aid.

	ballot is open until jan 19, which closes before we meet again

	we can look at vote progress, but not the ballot itself

   Bill Parducci: I move to approve the Chair requesting that TC Administration hold a 
           Special Majority Vote to approve:
	    "XACML v3.0 Privacy Policy Profile Version 1.0,
	     Committee Specification Draft 05 / Public Review Draft 03, 16 October 2014"
	   contained in 
            http://docs.oasis-open.org/xacml/3.0/privacy/v1.0/csprd03/xacml-3.0-privacy-v1.0-csprd03.doc
           as a Committee Specification.
	   I further move that the TC affirm that no changes have been made
           since the last public review.
