Advance warning: Change of Meeting time as of March 19 (not today)

The US changes to daylight savings time on March 8, 2015. The custom of the XACML TC over the last few years to shift our meeting time to 4:30 PM EDT during the summer months. Therefore unless the TC decides otherwise, this will go in effect beginning on our March 19 meeting.

If anyone wants to change this we can discuss in on the call today, which will be at 2:30 PM EST.
