        This is the ALFA profile which we announced quite some time ago that we would contribute to the TC. Hal emailed me in person last week asking what is holding it back. It is just that we were planning to improve it a bit before submitting it, but the people working on it have always had something else to do, so it slipped. Hal suggested that we let the TC work on it instead, so I am posting it as it is.
