Hi David, 

The Profile is not yet a Standard. I will shortly release it as a Candidate OASIS Standard. The editors are updating some references that are out of date. 

Once it is published as a COS, it will go out for a 60 day public review. Once that is done, I will start the ballot to approve it as an OASIS Standard. 

It should reach that milestone early in January.
