Bill, I think this is an excellent idea. As we agreed in New Orleans, we
should easily be at Committee Draft stage by this time, as our first goal is
to present our Committee Draft at Digital ID World 2004 on October 27.

Would you like to work up and submit an abstract? Marc, would you like to
work with Bill on this?

I'd be happy to review and edit your proposal. My feeling is that we should
submit it as a presentation from "members of the OASIS XDI TC" and therefore
we shouldn't need multiple submissions, just one authoritative one.

Is anyone planning on submitting an abstract for a presentation at XML 
2004? It would seem if they got enough abstracts relating to XDI or XRI 
we might actually get a Dataweb track in the conference. The deadline 
for submission of a 400-500 abstract is this friday.
