xacml SAML attribute profile

FYI. there was a submission recently to the SSTC for an attribute
profile from the XACML TC to the SSTC.  Not having been given permission
to cross-post this to XDI, i would recommend the chairs request this
submission for it's (XDI) own consideration.

I have generally thought and discussed with a subset of this TC that the
actual data-passing protocols MAY wish to profile this in SAML/XACML,
and (though i confess not reading this submition completely ATT).

Drummond/Jeff, can i ask that you contact the XACML chair and request
this?
