Joseph, great job on the ABNF sections. Putting the section explaining delimiters up front helps since then someone reading it will know what they are right way (the literally have the "key" to the delimiter abbreviations).

I don't know how much time I'll have while I'm still in London (I fly back in 24 hours), but I'm going to take a copy of the ABNF you have posted with me on the plane and give it the fine-tooth-comb review, then we can find some time next week to collaborate on any final work needed for Working Draft 01.

On this trip I am making good progress with the Design Goals section of the XDI Core spec. My aim is to finish it this week. The other area I'd like to see us drive to conclusion as quickly as possible is the ABNF, since the process is helping us nail down remaining details of the graph model.

We have not received any comments since we posted that, and I have no further changes, so I'm considering those first two sections final (which is important, since they represent the really core DNA of the XDI graph model).

To complete the process, I suggest the following:

1. First, Joseph adds to the wiki page (from the current XML spec doc draft) the rest of the ABNF sections (just the actual ABNF rules for each section, plus any relevant comments, the same way we have done for the first two sections).
2. Second, we begin going through, section by section, agreeing on rules and rule names and identifying and solving any issues.
3. Once we are through all of the sections, Joseph can copy the ABNF back to the XML spec doc draft, and we can add the text and formatting for the formal spec draft.

Joseph, if this sounds good, and you can add the rest of the ABNF sections to the wiki page before this Friday's telecon (ideally by tomorrow, so we have a day to look at them before the call), then we can start reviewing them on the telecon.
