XDI Design Goals page posted

Another chunk of writing I was able to finish on my London trip was the draft text for the XDI Design Goals section of the XDI Core 1.0 spec. I just posted these on the XDI TC wiki at:

By the time I finished it was a nice round 10 design goals, each of which speaks to a major architectural element of XDI.

Please do review them and feel free to comment/edit (either here or directly on the wiki). Joseph will then incorporate this into the spec draft.
