US is on daylight savings time - meet 1 hour ealier for those not on dayligbt savings time

Please note the starting time of this meeting is 11am Easter Daylight Savings time. OASIS tracks events using US Eastern time. US just switched to daylight savings time. TC members who have not switched to daylight savings time should note the meeting will be held one hour earlier.
