Members of the XMILE TC,
- Section 1.2 Normative References
** remove the boilerplate text “[Reference] [Full reference citation]”
- Section 1.3 Non-Normative References
** all the text in this section is boilerplate from the starter document. If you have no non-normative references in the spec, just remove the entire section. If there are non-normative references, delete the boilerplate and add the references to the section.
- Check your numbered section references. For example, the last sentence of the intro to section 2, just before Section 2.1, reads “as detailed in section mentions 1.11.3.” However no 1.11.3 exists. Note similar in Section 4.7.2 - ref to 1.7.3 is bad. Also section refs from asterisks in 5.2 are wrong. Also ref from 5.3 to 1.7
- Section 2.1
** the last paragraph has a typo - "even through" instead of "even though"
- Section 7, conformance clauses
** This needs much more meat on it. The reason the conformance clauses are important is that they spell out the tests that determine whether an application conforms to the spec or not - crucial since only conforming implementations get the IPR protections.
- Appendix B. Revision History - please use this section to document the changes made from one draft to another.
