This is excellent feedback and most definitely should be addressed in
our next draft. There are places where we can be too brief, and our
comment about the relationship of XRIs and HTTP URIs is one of them.

I'd want to think through further what we should say regarding this
relationship, and also about Krishnan's comment about adding resolution
hints inline in the XRI.
