Reviewing XRI 1.0 Release Candidate 1

XRI TC Members:

The Editor's SC met yesterday and closed all issues with the exception
of a few remaining comments noted in the text and proofing tasks related
to the final production. We strongly encourage all TC members to begin
reviewing RC1 immediately (link in the message below) and submit any
issues or feedback, no matter how minor, to the TC list ASAP (and no
later than next Wednesday, 11/12.)

We will then post RC2 and hold a general TC call for all members next
Thursday, 11/13, at 3pm PT (details to be posted), to determine
consensus about going to a vote.
