Post-public review, the TC is allowed to make non-substantive changes, corrections, etc. and then vote to re-affirm CD status. This
happens before submitting the document to TC Admin for Standard vote. As long as the changes aren't deemed substantive, an
additional review period is not required. Do note, however, that should you deem the changes to be substantive, the new process
allows for a minimum 15-day review period, rather than the current 30-day minimum.
