New XRI TC members

XRI TC Members and Observers,

Things are moving so quickly now on the XRI 2.0 Committee Draft 02
specifications that we haven't stopped to take time to welcome a number of
new members to the TC (some of whom joined over the summer, but a number of
which have just completed their membership in the last few days). These
include:

* Les Chasen, NeuStar
* Trung Tran, NeuStar
* Ning Zhang, NeuStar
* Wil Tan, NeuStar
* Steve Churchill, XDI.ORG and ooTao

Welcome all. Feel free to send a short message of introduction to the TC
list if you'd like to share a little about your background and interest in
XRI. Or if you prefer, just introduce yourself on the first set of weekly
calls to review Committee Draft 02 issues/drafts this Thursday night/Friday
