AGENDA

1) PROCESS
Reaffirm overall TC process and specific process for change management of TC
specs. In particular discuss/agree to the process through each issue/change
proposal should go through:

Step 1: Issue/change proposal submitted (proposed solution optional)
	Step 2: Review/agree on use cases/requirements
	Step 3: Request/submit solution proposals
Step 4: Reach consensus on solution
	Step 5: Draft/review/approve specification text/artifacts

2) PRIORITY
Discuss a proposal to shift our priority to advancing the Syntax spec to an
OASIS vote first and following with Resolution and Metadata as soon as we
are satisfied that we have dealt with the issues/changes that have been
submitted.

3) SYNTAX
Discuss the requirements for as many of the Syntax issues/changes as we have
time. See the Syntax change management page at:

	http://wiki.oasis-open.org/xri/Xri2Cd02/SyntaxChanges

In particular we will review the requirements/proposals for the following
(see the links to individual proposal pages off the page above):

Issue 1: X.500 Directory Attribute Appendix
Issue 2: ABNF/Allow Empty Path Segments
Issue 3: ABNF/Add HXRI and QXRI
	Issue 4: XRI Normalization

4) REQUIREMENTS
We will set out an action plan for submitting and reviewing use
cases/requirements for all the Resolution and Metadata issues/changes so we
can continue to move those specifications forward as quickly as we can given
the priority of Syntax.
