Friday XRI TC meeting will be at 2PM PT

I just IM'd with Gabe (I'm in Toyko), and he can't do 4PM, but can start at
2PM. So we're going to go ahead and start at 2PM, and then have Steve join
us at 4PM (and everyone else who can/needs to stay and sync with Steve,
we'll just continue past 4PM).

This way we can get time with all the Resolution editors to close the WD 10
issues so I can work up the final WD 10 draft this weekend in Toyko.

Les, can you adjust the NeuStar conference service for this timing?
