Example of OpenID RP client not performing XRI resolution

Here's an example of an OpenID RP client not performing XRI Resolution
correctly. 

Go to http://www.openidenabled.com/resources/openid-test/checkup/ and enter
@ootao*steven. It does not find the OpenID service.

If XRI Resolution is performed correctly, then the OpenID service *will* be
found. See

I think that this (lack of interop) will be the norm -- and almost certainly
too with OpenID 2.0 -- unless serious intervention is made at the OpenID
spec level. 

I guess in reality we're not going to see polyarchical synonyms (refs)
actually work with OpenID. A big fumble for us.
