Important: Reviewing XRI Resolution v2.0 CD 02 RV 02

I just uploaded Revision 02 of XRI Resolution 2.0 Committee Draft 02. We are
already behind schedule on completing this, so it is critical that TC
members review the changes in this draft prior to our telecon at 10AM PT
Thursday. The plan is to incorporate ANY FINAL FEEDBACK on that telecon and
commence a vote on CD03 on Friday.

(Note: I am also copying Eran Hammer-Lahav so he can review the changes he
proposed in sections 4.2 and 12.1).

As with the first revision, every change (except very minor typos) is marked
with a comment -- there are 26 in all. 9 of these are holdovers from the
first revision, so there are 17 new changes. However they represent just
three key changes (the names in parentheses are the TC members that should
review these most closely):

1) REVISED NEXT AUTHORITY URI CONSTRUCTION RULE (JOHN, GABE)
* Section 9.1.10, Page 58, Comment DSR9

This is the loosening of the Next Authority URI construction rule as
proposed by John Bradley.

2) FLOWCHART IMPROVEMENTS (WIL, JOHN, STEVE, KERMIT, VICTOR)
* Figure 5, Page 50, Comment DSR6
* Figure 6, Page 52, Comment DSR7
* Figure 7, Page 74, Comment DSR10
* Figure 8, Page 86, Comment DSR16
* Example #4, Page 81, Comment DSR14 (PLEASE REVIEW THIS CLOSELY)

All of these reflect input from Wil Tan that the rules for recording/nesting
XRDS documents could be clearer across the flowcharts. A fourth Redirect
example was also added to illustrate double nesting of XRDS documents (Wil
noticed we didn't have any double nesting examples).

3) UPDATED PSEUDOCODE TEXT AND INSTRUCTIONS (GABE, WIL, VICTOR, KERMIT,
MARKUS)

The changes reflect input from Gabe that there were some parts that were
confusing to him as he was implementing.
