NEW: XRI Resolution v2.0 CD 02 RV 03

IMPORTANT: for review on tomorrow's telecon, I have just uploaded Revision
03 of XRI Resolution 2.0 Committee Draft 02.

PLEASE DOWNLOAD AND HAVE THIS VERSION OPEN FOR THE TELECON.

There are three changes from Revision 02 (all to text already marked with
comments in Revision 02, so no new comments were added):

1) Fig. 5 (Authority Resolution) was revised to remove from this flowchart
any reference to synonym verification (see below). This makes it shorter and
cleaner.

2) Fig. 6 (XRDS Request) was revised to cover all synonym verification
requirements (Redirect verification and CanonicalID verification) as well as
XRD/XRDS document recording options. This is now the only flowchart that
deals with both of those topics (which helped simplified all the other
flowcharts).

3) The pseudocode in section 9.1.10 was fixed in one place where it still
said the Next Authority String must be appended to the path (thanks to John
Bradley and Steve Churchill for catching that).
