Hi Drummond,

  Just to clarify, all Special Majority ballots must be run by the TC
Administrator and must be conducted via a web ballot. The TC only needs to
decide that it wants the OASIS Standard approval to stand and instruct the TC
Administrator to conduct the ballot.
