SSTC call and XRD

FYI

The XRI-TC and the XRD spec came up on the Security Services (SAML)  
call this morning.

There is interest in XRD and how it relates to SAML.  Bob Morgan  
raised it as a topic on the call.

I made a request  for people to join the XRI-TC if they are interested  
in participating.
