Subject: misc comments on host-meta

A few quick comments, mostly about i18n.

Section 3:
  What does "field-content = <field content>" mean?

The HTTP grammer for headers includes more optional LWS than you've
got here. Is the restriction intentional?

Section 5:
  typo: ISO-859-1 s.b. ISO-8859-1

You diverge a bit from the HTTP header grammar for character
encodings. RFC 2616 says iso-8859-1 or else RFC 2047 encoding. You
just say "should be iso-8859-1". I think you should diverge from the
HTTP spec here and say UTF-8.

Given the current grammar, would it be accurate to say that the
host-meta file MUST be iso-8859-1 text? It's going to be difficult
for people to write properly internationalized parsers for this file
if the character set can change part way through the file.
