RE: [xri] Removing priority attribute from XRD altogether

Joesph, maybe I've just spent too much time remodelling this weekend, but
can you unpack for me why /xrd:XRD/xrd:Link[xrd:Rel="stylesheet"] is pretty
spiffy?
