heh, I was always confused about that because I never could find where XMLSig actually defined that other URI we were using for RSA256... apparently that's because it doesn't :)  I'll make the change later in the week.

The correct algorithm URI for RSA w/ SHA256 is:
http://www.w3.org/2001/04/xmldsig-more#rsa-sha256

The reference is:

We also probably should add the explicit reference to SHA-256 as a digest,
which comes from XML Encryption: http://www.w3.org/2001/04/xmlenc#sha256
