The reason I am always late with these votes is that these notices
should have an authenticated link.  My mechanism to authenticate to
low-risk sites like OASIS is to:

- Request a password reset to my email account
- Create a new password that I will forget in 5 minutes
- Login with that password
- Vote

If instead we got authenticated links I wouldn't have to do this. The
security x usability balance here is not skewed right.
