I never heard back from Eran (after two requests) on writing something for item (e) on http://wiki.oasis-open.org/xri/XrdOne/OSSubmission.  We definitely need something for that.  Should probably reference POWDER at the very least... not sure what else is relevant.  Also, if you want to take a stab at something a little a little more for (d) ?
