Correction Re: Registration of media/mime type application/xrd+xml

Correction: the subject of the message in the XRI TC comment list
is "'xri' URI scheme not yet registered"

The updated information in the post below WRT the
media/mime type application/xrd+xml is accurate and on topic, I think.  ;-)
