Yes, but what do you do about errata published after a particular XSLT
processor is released?  How can a processor not conform if it conforms
to the standard+errata at the time the processor was released, but how
can it conform if there's new errata published after the processor's
release date that changed the expected behaviour of "conformant" XSLT
processors?
