I have uploaded 2 documents today.

1. MSFT - Catalog.xml
It is now humanly readable. I guess the catalog generator didn't put
enough new lines. As I am used to loading the XML in the browser I never
noticed the formatting in it.
First action item is done.

2. Catalog.xsl
This is a new stylesheet I wrote to "view" the testcases in Catalog.xml.
This makes it even more readable in a neat HTML tabular format
I added a new line in Catalog.xml <?xml-stylesheet type="text/xsl"
href="Catalog.xsl" ?>.
In case you are using Internet Explorer 6.0 you can directly view the
catalog.xml in the browser and the transformation will happen
automatically.
Otherwise you will have to transform the xml with this xsl to get a
better readable output of the testcases. This stylesheet works fine on
Xalan Catalog too.

Jeff, can you include Catalog.xml and Catalog.xsl into MSFT zip file ? 
I didn't upload the complete test suite again because I haven't changed
anything but these 2 files.
