Minutes for September meeting -- 18 September 2003 (via teleconference)

Roll call and quorum
   Voting members present:

   Absent:

Agenda items
 - Test Suite
   Catalog improvements uploaded and made human readable.
 - XSLT 2.0 tests
   * is anything available now?
      - Joanne has been writing tests for new features (F&O [300-500], XPath, XSLT)
        work has been suspended, no estimate when they will be completed or available.
      - Pranav has some tests for F&O in XQuery
      - Carmelo has tests for F&O datatypes, according to Dave
   * who has plans to create tests?
      still need more complete information here
 - Where do we go next -- continuing discussions
   * Feedback from WG?
      The WG is moving slowly (Dave)
   * Should we run a bug reporting system for test cases?
      Action item (jeff):  ask OASIS what their plans are
   * Begin to get commitments to submit test cases.
      Our ongoing quest.

Membership
- June Ng has met the requirements for voting membership, and was unanimously approved.

Next meeting date
  - October 23, 2:00pm

Acknowledgements
- Thanks to Pranav/Microsoft for providing the teleconference phone lines. Pranav's new phone system will be permanently available as long as Pranav is in attendance. That will make the phone arrangements constant from meeting to meeting. Thanks again.
