Announcements
- Check your email for proposed OASIS policy changes
- Karl reminded us that OASIS wants "individual" members just as much
  as corporate employees

Agenda items
- Input from Elliotte Rusty Harold:
  1. Wants a uniform xsl:output where not germane to test case
     (TC members share this sentiment.)
  2. Avoid relative namespace URIs? (i.e., always have http: up front)
  3. Sometimes 2 copies of reference output
     (See XSLT-testsuite-03.ZIP posted October 6)
  4. Better documentation needed for file-path pieces
     (See XSLT-testsuite-03.ZIP posted October 6)
  5. Mapping of namespace prefixes
     (Response: XML comparitor should do this)
  6. No namespace prefix gimmicks where not germane
  7. Found uses of node-set; need to flag so they can be dropped
  8. Need more annotation of discretionary items (TC agrees)
  9. Make include/import hrefs uniform (where not germane?)
Voting members David and Joanne were reluctant to advance the suite to
Committee Draft status, given the above issues. The general sentiment
is that #8 is the hottest issue, but it requires substantial work.
Repairs and enhancements would be easier if the cases were in a
public CVS. (Noted that the Apache ones are, on Apache.) We also
discussed comparitors but did not identify any new rays of hope.
