3. OASIS Overview
Overview of the OASIS TC Process, the TC Charter, and the OASIS IPR Policy by 
Jamie Clark (OASIS).  Mary McRae (OASIS) invited anyone with any problems or 
questions to send her email   and she'd be happy to help

David gave an overview of anticipated work, leading up to HIMS InterOp in April 
2009.
 
5. Selection of recurring meeting dates & times
Agreed by unanimous consent that the TC will meet in one week, then bi-weekly 
going forward.
