Regards, Jane Set-up is scheduled to begin on Friday, 3 April. Set-up and InterOp testing will take place all day on Saturday, 4 April. Sunday, 5 April: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM Monday, 6 April: 10:30 AM - 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM Tuesday, 7 April: 10:30 AM - 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM Wednesday, 8 April: 10:30 AM - 1:00 PM Tear-down will begin at 1:00 PM on Wednesday. BTW: Don't forget to fill out the InterOp participant form no later than COB tomorrow - Thursday, 15 January. __________________________________________________________________________ Dear HIMSS InterOp Participant: Now that the holidays are behind us, it's time to really focus on the HIMSS InterOp Demonstration. Below is the link for the HIMSS participant form. Please fill out this form no later than Tuesday, 13 January. If your organization/company will be paying via check, please do fill out the form and select the offline payment. An invoice will immediately follow. As a reminder: OASIS InterOps are designed to be self-supporting. A flat fee of 3,500 USD per participating company/organization has been set to cover the costs associated with the InterOp. This fee includes: ● (1 or 2) complimentary exhibitor badges per organization ● One workstation within the OASIS/HITSP InterOp Pod (within the Showcase area) ● Access to conference education sessions (based on space availability) ● An InterOp demonstration description in the conference resource guide and pocket guide ● Listing of the InterOp demonstration in the HIMSS Daily News Distributed at show site ● Listing of the InterOp demonstration in the On-Line Conference Exhibitor Guide ● Company logo on InterOp banner within the Pod ● Opportunities to participate in many targeted pre-show marketing opportunities ● Company highlight in OASIS press release (for foundational and sponsor-level OASIS members only) ● OASIS will produce an InterOp scenario handout to be distributed, including company logos ● One shared educational session (InterOp representative TBD) in the Showcase Theater - to discuss the InterOp demonstration ● 20+ organized attendee tours throughout the week (schedule to be determined) ● Post-show attendee list InterOp Participant Form: https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/2009_XSPA_HIMSS_Interop/register_contact.php Each InterOp participant must remit payment for their participation no later than 31 January.
